1. About The Clinical Vault™
The Clinical Vault™ is an independent medical education platform providing visual learning resources, digital educational products, clinical-learning tools and PACES-focused simulation experiences.

These Terms apply to your use of theclinicalvault.net and to products and services provided directly through The Clinical Vault™.

2. Independent Educational Resource
The Clinical Vault™ is an independent educational resource.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official publication of MRCP(UK), the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians, the Royal College of Physicians of London, the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.

References to MRCP PACES or related examinations are descriptive educational references only.

3. Educational Use Only
All material provided by The Clinical Vault™ is intended for professional education and examination preparation.

It does not replace:

• formal medical training
• supervised bedside practice
• local clinical protocols
• professional clinical judgement
• consultation with an appropriately qualified clinician
• current national or institutional guidance

Clinical information may evolve over time. Users remain responsible for verifying information against current authoritative guidance before applying it in clinical practice.

4. No Guarantee of Examination Outcome
Use of The Clinical Vault™ resources does not guarantee success in MRCP PACES or any other examination.

Performance depends on multiple factors including clinical experience, bedside practice, preparation and individual performance on the examination day.

5. Digital Products
Digital products may include, among other resources:

• PACES Visual Starter Pack
• Visual Atlas I
• Visual Atlas II
• future ATLAS Simulator content
• future Project PACES services
• other educational materials released by The Clinical Vault™

Product descriptions, page counts, availability and features may be updated as products evolve.

6. Personal-Use Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or receiving a digital product gives the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for their own educational purposes.

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content.

7. Prohibited Redistribution and Piracy
Paid digital products must not be:

• uploaded to public or private file-sharing websites
• redistributed through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, cloud drives or similar services
• resold or sublicensed
• copied and distributed to other individuals
• posted to websites, forums or social-media groups
• incorporated into another commercial educational product
• systematically reproduced, extracted or republished without permission

Reasonable personal-use activities, such as viewing the product on your own devices, are permitted.

8. Copyright Protection and Buyer Identification
The Clinical Vault™ may use reasonable anti-piracy measures including controlled download links, access records, transaction identifiers, customer-specific markings or watermarking where appropriate.

Such measures may be used to deter unauthorised redistribution and help identify the source of leaked copies.

They will be implemented with reasonable regard for legitimate customer privacy and convenience.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original text, frameworks, graphics, visual layouts, educational systems, branding and other original materials published by The Clinical Vault™ are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Clinical Vault™ name, logo and associated branding must not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership or authorship.

Third-party names, trademarks and referenced guidance remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Free Resources
Resources explicitly offered free of charge, including the PACES Visual Starter Pack, may be downloaded and used for personal educational purposes.

Free availability does not automatically place the material in the public domain or transfer copyright ownership.

11. Purchases and Payments
Where direct purchasing is available, payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

Prices, currencies, taxes and payment methods may vary according to location and payment provider.

The Clinical Vault™ does not intend to directly store complete payment-card information.

12. Purchases Through Amazon or Other Marketplaces
Some products may also be offered through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces.

Purchases made through those platforms are additionally subject to the marketplace's own terms, payment arrangements, delivery systems and refund policies.

13. Digital Delivery
Digital products purchased directly may be delivered through download links, email, secure delivery services or controlled-access systems.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining reasonable access to their purchased material.

Download limits, expiry periods or other reasonable access controls may be used for security and anti-piracy purposes.

14. Refunds
Refund eligibility for direct digital purchases is governed by The Clinical Vault™ Digital Product & Refund Policy.

Because digital products may become accessible immediately after purchase, different rules may apply to digital products compared with physical goods, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are subject to the relevant platform's refund rules.

15. ATLAS Simulator and Project PACES
Future interactive products such as ATLAS Simulator and Project PACES may contain simulated patients, relatives, examiners, clinical findings and educational scenarios.

These simulations are educational tools and are not real clinical consultations or substitutes for supervised training.

Features, availability and functionality may change during development and after release.

16. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to:

• interfere with website security
• gain unauthorised access to restricted systems or content
• circumvent download or access controls
• scrape or systematically extract protected content
• reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law
• use the platform for unlawful purposes
• impersonate another customer or misuse another person's access credentials

17. Availability and Updates
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, security updates, provider outages, technical problems or product development may occasionally affect access.

Digital products may be corrected, revised or updated when appropriate.

18. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, email services, analytics providers and Amazon.

The Clinical Vault™ is not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices or terms of those third-party services.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Clinical Vault™ and its creator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of educational material, website interruptions, third-party services or reliance on material outside its intended educational purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to Products or Terms
The Clinical Vault™ may update these Terms, website features, products or services when reasonably necessary.

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the revision date published on the website.

21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to an individual customer in their jurisdiction.
