DIGITAL PRODUCT & REFUND POLICY

THE CLINICAL VAULT™

Last updated: 19 September 2026

This policy explains delivery, access, cancellations and refund handling for digital products purchased directly from The Clinical Vault™. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon are governed by that marketplace’s applicable policies.

DIGITAL PRODUCT & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from The Clinical Vault™ through theclinicalvault.net or a checkout linked from the website.

Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by that platform’s applicable delivery, cancellation and refund policies.

2. Nature of Digital Products
The Clinical Vault™ products may include downloadable PDFs, digital atlases, educational resources, access-controlled materials and future interactive educational services.

Digital products can often be accessed immediately after payment. Unlike physical products, a digital file cannot meaningfully be “returned” once access or download has been provided.

3. General Refund Position
For direct purchases, a refund will generally not be offered solely because a customer:

• changes their mind after receiving access
• no longer needs the product
• purchased the product but did not use it
• expected content materially different from what was clearly described on the product page
• downloaded or accessed the product and later decides not to keep it

This does not affect consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Duplicate Purchases or Duplicate Charges
If the same customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same product, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, an unintended duplicate charge will normally be refunded.

5. Failed or Inaccessible Digital Delivery
If payment succeeds but the product is not delivered or cannot reasonably be accessed, please contact us.

We will first attempt to restore access, resend the download or provide an alternative legitimate delivery method.

If we cannot provide the purchased product within a reasonable period, a refund may be issued.

6. Defective or Corrupted Files
If a supplied digital file is corrupted, unreadable or technically unusable, please contact us with details of the problem.

We will normally attempt to replace or correct the file first.

If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund may be considered.

7. Product Materially Different From Its Description
If a purchased product is materially different from the description presented at the time of purchase, please contact us with the relevant details.

We may provide correction, replacement, updated access or a refund where appropriate.

Minor design changes, corrections, updates or differences that do not materially alter the advertised educational content do not by themselves create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

8. Accidental Purchase
If you make an accidental purchase and have not downloaded, opened or otherwise accessed the digital product, contact us promptly.

Where technically verifiable and legally appropriate, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once digital access has been used, the normal digital-product refund limitations apply.

9. Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact both The Clinical Vault™ and your payment provider promptly.

We may request reasonable information required to investigate the transaction and prevent fraudulent use.

10. Refund Request Timing
Where possible, refund or technical-delivery requests should be submitted promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of purchase.

This administrative request period does not limit any longer period or remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

11. How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.

The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network or other financial intermediary.

The Clinical Vault™ cannot control processing delays occurring after an approved refund has been submitted to the relevant payment provider.

12. Amazon and Other Marketplace Purchases
Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party marketplace must normally be handled through that platform’s customer-service and refund process.

The Clinical Vault™ cannot directly reverse a transaction processed entirely by a third-party marketplace where it does not control the payment.

13. Digital Access After Refund
Where a refund is issued, the licence to use the refunded digital product ends.

Where technically possible, associated download links, accounts or access permissions may be revoked.

The customer should delete retained copies of a refunded paid product.

14. Abuse, Piracy and Fraud
Refunds may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, unauthorised redistribution, account misuse or deliberate circumvention of digital access controls, subject to applicable law.

A refund does not authorise continued possession, reproduction, resale or redistribution of copyrighted material.

15. Free Products
Products explicitly offered free of charge, including the PACES Visual Starter Pack, do not involve a purchase price and therefore do not generate a monetary refund entitlement.

16. Price Changes and Promotions
Prices and promotional offers may change over time.

A later price reduction or promotion does not ordinarily entitle an earlier purchaser to a retrospective partial refund unless expressly stated.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable consumer law provides a remedy inconsistent with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

18. Contact
For refund, duplicate-payment or digital-delivery problems, please use the contact facility provided on theclinicalvault.net and include sufficient information to identify the relevant order.
